A small circle, learning to return together.

Some of this work goes deeper with other people in the room. Relationship is where return gets practiced out loud, and where it is tested most honestly. The Nafas community is a quiet, steady place to practice alongside others who are walking the same way.

Who it is for

For anyone learning to find their way back.

You do not need any background, any practice, or any particular belief. If you are curious about hearing your own center more clearly, and you would rather not do it entirely alone, you belong here. Contraction is not failure here. The return is the practice.

The rhythm

One gathering a week, steady as breath.

The heart of the community is a weekly live session over Zoom, hosted by Amir. Each week takes up one part of the work in plain language, with room to ask real questions and practice together.

The first circle is forming now.

The community is being set up now and opens alongside the rest of Nafas. The simplest way to be there on day one is to take the assessment, or to get the letter so you hear the moment the doors open.
